A toast to the very best of Victorian produce
Exclusive five course Champagne Bollinger tasting menu
Sunday 2 April, 2017
Even its name conjures up good times and bubbles on the tongue. So raise your flute to make a toast to everything that makes Victorian produce great, especially when matched with one of our favourite champagnes. Gather with friends at the 2016 Hotel Bar of the Year to enjoy an indulgent Sunday afternoon of five exquisite courses matched with Bollinger.
Founded in 1829, Bollinger is one of the rare Grande Marques that's still family owned – its very name synonymous with luxury and style. Despite what the pundits may say, it is very possible – some may say even obligatory – to drink champagne throughout a meal.
Here our talented chef, Achim Herterich, proves the case, creating five exquisite courses to accompany five Bollinger champagnes. If there is a better way to spend a bubbly Sunday afternoon, we are yet to find it.
